3.  In your relationship with your mentee, tell me about what hasn't worked so well thus far?
What are the biggest challenges you face?
EPIC is not a place or an event.
EPIC is a community.
It's a group of teens that walk life together.
EPIC is about connecting with God and with others in order that we may make waves in this world.
Thank You for investing your time into the life of one of our EPIC youth.
What you do is essentially important in thier life long development as Christ followers.
We are almost halfway through the first year of the program and I need your help getting a pulse on where we are.

The goals of the following survey are
  • Discover characteristics of those relationships between mentor & mentees that are identified as strong
  • Identify major challenges to relationships that have not expereinced measurable depth
  • Use the provided information to develop further, specific, targeted solutions to help all our mentor
  relationships grow
Here's what the survey is not meant to do:
  • Embarrass or ridicule those individuals who have been unable to this point to develop thier
  mentor/mentee relationship into any depth
  • Keep records and evaluate or judge individuals personally

Thank you in advance for taking the few minutes necessary to complete this survey.  With your help we will be able to only help you make your mentor/mentee relationship better, but the program as a whole as well.  The answers given will not be published in any public way, but will be utilized only by top leadership for the above stated goals.
Important Mentor Program Dates Coming Up:

  • Fall Service Project, Saturday October 16th.  Save the date to join with your mentee to volunteer a day at the Bakersfield Rescue MIssion.
